Dear Coach,

Check out the latest NSDA news and resources below!

The Academic All American Award Turns 20!

In January of 2000, we announced the new Academic All American award in Rostrum:
INTRODUCING NFL ACADEMIC ALL AMERICANS
The sage of the South, Dr. Kenny Barfield, debate coach extraordinaire and principal at Mars Hill Bible School in Alabama, approached the NFL Executive Council some time ago with a world class idea: Why not honor students who really excel at both academics and forensics?
Why not, indeed! Entering the new millennium it is absolutely time to honor...those students who have achieved the top rank in their NFL careers and in their academic pursuits.
As the award turns 20, we're striving to recognize more students with this honor than ever. Celebrate with us by nominating an eligible student this month!
