Chef Archie Maclean's New Main Courses
Chef Archie has completely revamped our menu at Catharina's Restaurant. Archie has created a variety of main course options which are exciting, adventurous and are bound to create a memorable experience.
Why not book with us to try Archie's Sustainable Fish with horseradish and sour fig risotto, shaved fennel and radish salad, or his Pan-fried Crocodile Tail with crocodile brandade, creamed leek and roast garlic and corn salsa.
The Ostrich Fan Fillet with apple purée, parsley and preserved lemon barley, truffled apple salad, red onion and walnut vinaigrette is an absolute treat. Also, be sure to try the "Proudly South African" Grilled Zebra Loin, smoked aubergine maize meal, chakalaka, buttered baby marrow, chick peas and fine beans with pine nut and coriander dressing.
