Welcome back, everyone! My name is Shouryan Nikam and I'll be sending out the monthly emails for the Engaged Scholars. A little bit about me is that I'm a junior dual-majoring in Computer Science and Data Science. I am so excited to meeting some of you in our upcoming events!

Go Blue Bash!

Immediately following Wolverine Welcome Day is the Go Blue Bash, which is an opportunity for new and returning students to connect with student organizations, campus resources/services, and community partners.

Go Blue Bash will occur from 3:00 - 6:00 PM.

Wolverine Welcome Day!

Join new incoming Wolverines at Wolverine Welcome Day to celebrate the start of the school year! It is an opportunity for you to explore campus, meet your peers, and get an introduction to campus life at the University of Michigan - Dearborn.

This day-long experience will take place on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and it will be an event that you don’t want to miss!

The Wolverine Mentor Collective (Wolverine MC) is an exciting new mentoring program for first year, second year, and transfer undergraduate students. Students are matched with mentors who are there to offer guidance as students acclimate to life in college. Mentors will assist mentees in navigating the many adjustments that students often face when attending college for the first time.

There is so much going on that you may miss out on some key resources and information that will ease your transition from high school to college or from an in-person to an hybrid format.
