2025 AI Month at Penn
Penn Engineering and the Warren Center are pleased to announce AI Month 2025, which will explore AI’s impact on human well-being. This year’s events will dive into how AI is shaping health, society and quality of life, while addressing critical issues such as fairness and safe AI practices. Warren Center affiliates will be participating in the below events.
April 1st- Yoseph Barash will speak on a panel on Frontiers in Science: Engineering RNA and AI
April 1st- Bhuvnesh Jain, René Vidal, and Duncan Watts will speak on a panel on AI Across Disciplines: A Penn Initiative
April 4th- Chris Callison-Burch, Cary Coglianese, Edgar Dobriban, Sandra González-Bailón, Michael Kearns, Lyle Ungar, Kevin Werbach, and Christopher Yoo will speak at the Penn AI Governance Workshop
April 17th- Michael Kearns will host a Fireside Chat with Yann LeCun on The Future of AI
April 18th- Chris Callison-Burch will give a B.S.E. in AI Research Seminar
April 24th- Jason Altschuler will give an IDEAS/STAT Optimization Seminar
May 1st- Benjamin Lee will speak on a panel on Energy-Efficient AI at the Franklin Institute Awards Symposium
