Time Is Running Out to Submit Your Congress Legislation!

Let your ideas shine and leave your mark on the 2024 National Tournament when you submit your original legislation for the docket. Any NSDA member student, no matter your national qualification status, can directly submit your original legislation for the 2024 National Speech & Debate Tournament. Submissions are due by February 5, 2024. If selected you will receive:
- Recognition in Rostrum
- An award after the tournament
- A $100 scholarshipÂ

Sharpen Your Skills in Springboard Scrimmages

Your team is invited to join fellow speech and debate students across the nation for a variety of free, after-school, online practice sessions through the Springboard Series. During these online scrimmages, there is one session of Congress and one round of speech and debate. | The NSDA Last-Chance Qualifier is a no cost opportunity for students who did not qualify through their district tournament to have a chance to attend the 2024 National Tournament in Des Moines. Registration will open on January 8, 2024.
