Google Drive Apps nearing end of life

On May 12, Google Drive Apps will be shut down, but Google has two new tools to help you through the transition: Backup and Sync and Drive Stream.

New form for phone requests announced

In an effort to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and support our self-service initiatives, IT Services has updated and consolidated all of the various phone request options to a single form.

We also have an update concerning the University operator -- we've added an automated menu!
