Sponsor Spotlight: Hilton Garden Inn
On the rainiest, windiest, coldest day of this week, I dashed across Bethesda to visit with Chanelle Laws, Director of Sales and Marketing at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bethesda.
The Lobby was warm and spacious, and the people were kind. And there was the clean scent of hotel. I didn't want to leave and return to the cold and wind again.
Laws and her team at Hilton Garden Inn are regular contributors to Downtown Bethesda's Bike to Work Day prize raffle, each year donating a free weekend night's stay.
"We value service and quality," says Laws, "And we like to develop relationships with the Bethesda community. Contributing to Bike to Work Day allows us to do that by getting our name out."
You can enter to win a night at the fantastic Hilton Garden Inn or other great prizes only at Bike to Work Day in Downtown Bethesda on May 19.
Bike Spirit Awards!
BTS is still looking for nominees for our Bike Spirit Awards. Nominees don't have to be the best biker or the fastest cyclist. They don't even need to own spandex. They just need to love biking to their job in Downtown Bethesda. That's it.
So, nominate yourself! Nominate your co-worker! Nominate your neighbor! Let us know who should be recognized at Bike to Work Day!
