Inspiring Others to Pursue STEM:

Since her time in RTSWS, Krithika has had three internships in the financial services industry. She shares on her LinkedIn, “using my passion for computing and the technology industry, I hope to go outreach and speak to the millions of young girls around our world who do not have the resources or privilege to become a part of the STEM fields. Through this initiative, I aspire to make a small impact in the significantly-prevalent gender gap between males and females in the industry. Pursuing a degree in Business Administration is what I hope will help me gain the knowledge I need to further bring about my wishes and the impact it'll create on our world today.”
