Tax season is upon us and many of you will be needing an itemized statement of what has been paid towards your ULS tuition for the 2024 calendar year. This is a feature that FACTS tracks and is easy for you to pull yourself.
Below are the directions to access your tax documents in FACTS. It is best to access the documents on a desktop, laptop, or by going through Safari internet on your phone. If you are trying to access through the app, it sometimes glitches. Also, if you call FACTS customer service, they could possibly access it for you if the directions below don't work. The customer service number is 866-441-4637.
1. Login to your FACTS account
2. Select "View Details" in the "Payment Plan & Billing" section
3. Select "View Payment Summary" to open a new window
4. Use the drop down menu to select your desired date range
5. Print or download to PDF

Parents, As you know we have been somewhat lax in adhering to our posted dress code. In order to show more pride in our school, we are asking everyone to revisit the regulations and help us ensure compliance. Beginning Monday, February 24, students will be expected to be dressed appropriately. If an elementary student comes to school out of compliance, they will receive a non-compliance slip that requires a parent's signature and must be returned the next day. Please help us enforce the policy so that our focus can remain on instruction in the classroom. Thank you!

We are using a new site to do online registrations. It is not ready to launch yet, but be patient. As soon as it is up and running, we will send out the link.

She will be competing against other school winners in the area for a chance to represent Baton Rouge at the National Scripps Spelling Bee in May. We are so proud of Riya!!!

I have had the privilege of witnessing great instruction and engagement in our middle school classrooms this week. From hands-on science experiments to thought-provoking discussions and creative problem-solving, our students are engaging in truly amazing lessons that showcase their curiosity and growth.
It’s inspiring to see our teachers create dynamic learning environments where our cubs are challenged, supported, and encouraged to think critically. The enthusiasm and effort our students displaying is a testament to the vibrant academic community we are building together.
Mr. Bradford
