Sharing COVID-19 Updates

Your website audience may be asking for updates on how the university is handling the ongoing coronavirus situation. We recommend updating your News & Events page with the latest language from the CCAS website or contacting ccasweb@gwu.edu for help adding it to your department's homepage.

To Do This Month

Submit your next event to the University Calendar. Events on the calendar can get an extra publicity boost through CCAS newsletters and social media. When you fill out the form, make sure to add your department's four-letter code (e.g., "ENGL") in the Tags field so that it shows up automatically on your site's events feed.

Quick Tip

Get comfortable with cropping photos in Canva or Photoshop. Almost all Drupal pages must use photos that are 1080x720 pixels — so once you resize and upload it once, you're done! Correctly sized photos also make your pages load faster, helping your SEO. Learn more in the Drupal Content Entry Guide (PDF).
