Multi-Factor Authentication for New Students Begins September 15

DUO is Kennesaw State University's multi-factor authentication process that allows access to email, Owl Express, Degree Works, D2L, and other university-provided software tools. This tool helps keep your information protected and is an essential part of creating a secure digital environment to learn and work. Multi-factor authentication is used by all of KSU’s faculty, staff, and returning students. Beginning Tuesday, September 15, DUO will be required for new students to access their accounts as well.

Faculty and Staff Workshops

There are so many great workshops for faculty and staff to grow their professional skills.  These workshops cover a variety of topics and are sure to help you get a handle on all the new (and not so new) technology that the Kennesaw State University community has access to use.

BitLocker is Coming to Campus

BitLocker is soon coming to all campus computers!  BitLocker is a feature that encrypts the data on a Windows PC.  A similar feature called FileVault is already in use for campus Mac computers.  Some additional actions may be needed on the part of the user to begin implementing this powerful security tool.
