SHU Blue Wednesdays

Show your Pirate Pride! We welcome anyone wearing SHU blue or SHU apparel on Wednesdays to say hello, take a photo, and pick up a piece of candy from the University Center Information Desk. SHU Blue Days will take place on all Wednesdays when the University is open. Be sure to rep your blue. GO PIRATES!

Campus Inclusion Center

The Campus Inclusion and Community Center supports the University Strategic Plan in advancing hospitality, dialogue, diversity, equity, inclusion, and service to others—regardless of one's background or belief. The learning space will foster a genuine sense of community, where every member feels part of an inclusive whole, built on mutual respect and appreciation.

The space is open Monday - Friday from noon to 5 p.m. All are welcome. For ideas, suggestions, partnerships, and event requests, email campusinclusion@shu.edu. 

October 17 is the Seton Village Food Truck & Craft Beer Festival from 5–9:30 p.m.. on Irvington Ave between Tichenor & Ward Street, featuring some of the area's best food trucks serving a wide range of culinary delights!

Join Father Dominic Ciriaco for three weeks of opening up the Scriptures dealing with Hospitality and how these can connect our prayer life and preaching.

Eucharistic Exposition and Adoration
Every Tuesday and Thursday, Chapel of the Immaculate Conception
Take a break from the day and spend some time in quiet prayer with Jesus in the Most Blessed Sacrament. 

Moonlight Mercy
Every Wednesday, Chapel of the Immaculate Conception
Join us for music, prayer, confessions, adoration, and quiet time. All are welcome!

October 15 is Through Our Eyes, A Survivor Art Gallery at the Co-Lab, 57 South Orange Ave., South Orange, in honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

October 19 is the Maplewood Village Art Walk & Music Festival, when the town transforms into a vibrant celebration of art, music, and community. It's free and full of creative energy.
