Whether your district is new to MTSS or already invested, you don't want to miss this opportunity! This 3-year cohort focuses on district capacity, including training for the district team to support implementation and scale-up at the building level.
If you're new, this model will help support you in creating the infrastructure for sustainable MTSS implementation, using implementation science. If you're already invested, this cohort will help you scale-up efforts to help ensure continued success and sustainability!

Last week SB 5365, which aims to support the education of youth in Washington about the dangers of consuming tobacco products rather than punishing them, passed in the Washington State Senate! As a proud supporter of WA State Public Health Association's #PreventionNotPunishment movement, we encourage our educational leaders to learn more about this effort.

Public Schools Week (February 27-March 3, 2023) provides the perfect opportunity to show the strength and potential of our public schools. In 2023, Public Schools Week is part of a larger campaign—#HerefortheKids. The #HerefortheKids campaign brings together families, educators and community members to shine a light on local public schools and tell the stories of the amazingly positive things happening in classrooms and school buildings nationwide.

Families from across the south central region of Washington State are invited to join us for a night of family fun and learning about how to support and protect our kids from dangerous substances like Fentanyl!
Dinner and childcare for students in grades K-5 is provided at this FREE FAMILY-FRIENDLY EVENT!
Parents will participate in Hidden In Plain Site, receive Narcan training and walk away with FREE Narcan kits. All programming is provided in both English and Spanish.
Ways schools/districts can help us spread the word:
- Share our Healthy Youth, Healthy Families Facebook event to your Facebook pages
- Send our flyer home with students or make them available in your offices
- Use our graphics and the event description to invite your families and staff
