Professional Fulfillment & Well-Being Launches Peer Support Program & Little Free Library |
The Dell Med Peer Support Program offers confidential, compassionate support for physicians experiencing emotional or professional stressors, especially following adverse outcomes or other challenging events in the clinical setting. The Office of Professional Fulfillment and Well-Being is currently piloting the program with faculty and intend to expand participation as the program matures.

The Little Free Library, located in HLB 2.304, is a space to explore stories and ideas that spark reflection, from the world of medicine to the many dimensions of well-being. There are over 20 titles, among them “Better” by Atul Gawande and “How Do You Feel?” by Jessi Gold — both written by physicians who bring unique perspectives on medicine and well-being. Stop by and take a book that sparks your interest, or leave one to share with colleagues!
