- Delivering Good
On Tuesday, January 18th from 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM, help Federation partner Bender JCC, Montgomery County Public Schools, and Manna organize and pack bags with shelf-stable items that will be handed out by a local elementary school.
- Volunteer Fairfax Martin Luther King, Jr. Weekend of Service
Volunteer Fairfax and Federation partner Pozez JCCNV will host a Jam the Trolley Food Drive to stock food banks, food pantries, and soup kitchens on MLK Day, Monday, January 17th from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Contactless drop off will be available in the JCC’s parking lot.
- MLK and Tu B'Shevat Day of Service: Waterways Cleanup
Join Federation partner EDCJCC on MLK Day, Monday January 17th from 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM to learn more about the Anacostia River and what we can do to protect it. The EDCJCC will provide trash bags, gloves, and directions on trash pick-up for the community-wide clean-up.
