Dragon Dialogues: May 3 (PLS NOTE LOCATION CHANGE)- Topic: Supporting Your Child Through Friendship Troubles
- Date: Wednesday, May 3 at 8:15 a.m.,
- Location: Due to large RSVP response, the event has been moved to the PERKINSON ARTS CENTER
Few things are more distressing to parents than hearing a child reporting friendship woes. Children feel slights and betrayals so keenly, and trying to help a child deal with their friendship issues lands parents in a difficult position. Should you intervene? Should the parents gather and try to help problem solve? Should your family change schools? Our love for our children causes us to become very concerned when our children are struggling. At this last Dragon Dialogue, Dr. Kim Hilton, Merrill Geier, and Jessica Stargell will share their combined experience of many years, offer some useful advice (we hope!), and lend a sympathetic ear. Please RSVP to attend.
