Taft 23 Club Level Family Learning Day |
Submitted by Lynn Kohlman
Taft 23 held its own Club Level Family Learning Day during Christmas vacation. It was a full day packed with 17 different classes to choose from. Planning for this event was going on for almost a year. Classes to choose from ranged from a small animal session to dyeing wool, to cooking chicken alfredo and making personal pizzas for a homemade lunch, to decorating cookies and making cake pops for dessert. There were also 3 painting classes, a couple different craft sessions with plant materials, and a boutonniere and corsage class, along with a crafty snowman and an ornament class. We are starting the planning already for next year! A fun day was had by all!
