CORRECTION! 
In yesterday's newsletter, I incorrectly said that a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (RPCV) could work for the CIA, but would have a delayed security clearance. Actually, it has no impact. Furthermore, according to a longtime Analyst at the Agency, Peace Corps service is highly valued. 
In addition, I did not note that an RPCV must have incurred at least a five-year lapse between the end of Peace Corps service and an application to the Agency.
