SAVE THE DATE: Support Seeds for Seniors on Giving Tuesday

On Tuesday, Nov. 29, people across the nation will help kick off the holiday season and take part in Giving Tuesday, a day of giving and celebrating the spirit of generosity. GAgives is our statewide day of giving that falls on Giving Tuesday, and we will raise money to support A.G. Rhodes' Horticultural Therapy Seeds for Seniors program. This program brings nature and healing to seniors at A.G. Rhodes.

Positive Aging Event

"A woman should own her fashions."  ~Ms. Annie Moore
"My life is a colorful tapestry." ~Ms. Carolyn Gibson
"Honesty opens all doors of wisdom." ~Ms. Hermina Levy

These were the six-word memoirs submitted by our three residents honored at the LeadingAge Georgia Center for Positive Aging's
signature event. The event "celebrates older adults who exemplify positive aging and inspire us all to be our best selves as we age." We are so glad these elders call A.G. Rhodes home and proud of what a positive influence they are in their communities!

Come visit our A.G. Rhodes tree at the Festival of Trees in Town Center Mall at Cobb! A fun time was had by all as elders and Care Partners worked together to decorate our tree. What better way to get into the holiday spirit!
The display will be up through 12/26 and is in the atrium outside Belk in the mall.
