Access to Emergency Contraception
Senior Aiza Saeed and Sophmore Neharika Rao led the successful initiative to ensure that students have easier access to Plan B by installing a wellness vending machine in the basement of the University Student Center. As of now, the machine has tampons, Advil, and Plan B. This initiative has made emergency contraception more accessible for students and is a positive step towards addressing the health and reproductive rights across the student body. If you would like to learn more about the initiative read this article from the Washington Post!
