Associate General Counsel — San Bernardino County, California

Josh Clorfeine has joined the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians as Associate General Counsel, based in San Bernadino County, California. Mr. Clorfeine most recently served as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for AECOM (NYSE: ACM), where he served as the lead attorney responsible for evaluating, structuring, negotiating and executing complex transactional matters. Mr. Clorfeine has 22 years of legal experience, starting his career as an Associate with top law firms O’Melveny and Skadden. He received a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California.

The San Manuel Band of Mission Indians is a federally recognized American Indian tribe located in Southern California and the largest employer in the Inland Empire. The San Manuel reservation was established in 1891 and is recognized as a sovereign nation with the right of self‑government. Like other governments, the San Manuel tribal community seeks to provide a better quality of life for its citizens by building infrastructure; maintaining civil services; and promoting social, economic and cultural development. Today San Manuel tribal government oversees many governmental units, including the departments of fire, public safety, education, and environment.
