The annual International Dinner & Cultural Festival hosted by Walsh University’s World Student Organization will be held on Saturday, March 21. Doors open at 4:30 PM, with the event taking place from 5 to 7:30 PM. Mark your calendar for the 2025 CAPE May Conference on Wednesday, May 6, at the Barrette Business and Community Center. This annual event offers a day of engaging learning and networking opportunities. Present individually or as a team with a 20- or 50-minute session or lead a 50-minute workshop. Cybersecurity Summit – Complimentary Registration for Walsh Community, March 25 |
In partnership with Pelican3, Walsh University will host the 9th Annual Community Cybersecurity Summit on March 25, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., in the Barrette Business and Community Center. This workshop-style event will bring together industry experts, educators, and students to explore key topics including new CMMC regulations, artificial intelligence, and incident response, while offering 5.5 CPEs for participants. Each year, Megan Pellegrino, Director of Museum Studies and the Hoover Historical Center, shares the story of the Hoover Company with North Canton third graders. This year, students from St. Paul School explored local history and the company’s impact on the community. After the presentations, Walsh Honors students led hands-on activities, bringing history lessons to life. This annual event is a beloved tradition, fostering a connection between young learners and Walsh students while celebrating the city’s rich heritage.

It was a busy week for the Walsh Men's Basketball team as they won a Regular Season G-MAC title, earned the #1 seed in the conference tournament, and defeated rival, Malone, to get the Mayor's Cup trophy back to Walsh! Alumni Arena was rocking on Saturday as the Cavaliers dominated the Pioneers! Chick Fil A (North Canton and Dressler Rd.) were also in attendance for the big game! Sophomore, Quintero Barnett led the team by scoring 21 points and Freshman, Brayden Gross had his second double-double of the week with 16 points and 12 rebounds!
