CPFM has finished installing 2 traffic mirrors at the entrance/exit to the garage. They did a nice job on the installation and alignment of the mirrors. The visibility of the alley from the garage has been greatly improved for looking in either direction. I am positive that this will make it safer to enter or exit the TUC garage. - C.J. Nelson, Business Affairs

Kudos to Nic Patton of the Plumbing Shop for solving a plumbing issue that has plagued the PLC 8th and 9th floors restroom toilets, for years these toilets have flushed poorly, Nic performed an investigative search on why this issue persisted time after time, year after year, Nic learned that a booster pumps pressure switch located in the ground floor mechanical room was improperly set at a too low of a setting, after making the adjustment to a higher pressure setting the toilets now flush like their supposed to..... Thank You Nic - Ron Warren, Plumber / Lead
