Fall Body Back 8-Week Sessions Open for Enrollment!

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed for moms! Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Each courses is limited to 12 women. Body Back classes are not suitable during pregnancy. Postpartum moms should be at least 3 months after delivery by start of course.

What does the Body Back® 8-week course include?

  • Two High Intensity Interval Workouts Per Week
  • Nutritional Coaching and Online Support
  • Meal Plan and Food Diaries 
  • Before/After Fitness Assessments, Measurements, & Photos
