Like every restaurant in America we’ve been struggling with staff shortages and supply chain issues. Rather than close for a day or two each week—starting today, April 1st and every Friday—we’re rolling out a brand-new concept: Artisanal Deconstructed Dining (DIY). We provide the hot pot and dishes—you bring the groceries and cook your own dinner. Staff shortages extend to the back of the house too, so we ask you to do your own dishes when you’re done. All for only $50 per person!
