Be extra vigilant in watching for any issues with UIT services. Please don’t hesitate to tell your supervisor about UIT system, application, or service issues that you notice, even if they seem small.
Actions you can take:
Work quickly with your team’s leadership on next steps, including possible escalation to the Incident Response Team (IRT) lead at 801-587-6011.
If you notice a UIT service problem as an end user, report it to the UIT Help Desk at 801-581-4000, option 1.
Staying proactive and communicating with the campus community about service disruptions are what our users need us to do as an organization. Your customers and stakeholders can refer to the semester start information emailed to UIT's news service subscribers earlier today.
