CASA TN
Lift up a child's voice. A child's life.
With Thanksgiving only a few days away, we would like to share with you some of things we are thankful for this season...
First and foremost, we would like to extend great appreciation to the GM Foundation for selecting TN CASA as one of twelve area nonprofits to receive grants totaling $75,000 in their fourth annual Plant City Grants Program.
Pictured from left:  Kevin Balkwill, Immediate Past President, TN CASA Board; Marshall Messamore, Board Treasurer; Karin Freyer, TN CASA Older Youth Training Specialist; Christina Fongnaly, TN CASA VISTA Member; Lynne Farrar, TN CASA Executive Director; Kristy Bergstrom, GM Plant Communications Manager; Wendy Spence, TN CASA Program Services Coordinator; Tawny Spinelli, Board Member; Charlie Davenport, Board President; and Gerald Phillips, Board Member.
Their generous donation helps us to more effectively fulfill our mission of serving Tennessee's abused and neglected children through supporting the development and growth of our local CASA programs across the state.
Second, we want to say thank you to our Board of Directors, local CASA program staff and the CASA volunteers across the state.  Without their support and dedication, we would not be the strong, cohesive network that we are today.  Their commitment to the mission of CASA is one to be admired and applauded.  Thank you for the work you do, day in and day out.  We so appreciate you.
And finally, we are extremely grateful for our donors, CASA supporters and everyone who advocates to improve the lives of Tennessee's abused and neglected children.  As many of you know, TN CASA is rounding out the last bit of our 25th Anniversary and we’re moving on to celebrating 26 years.  Our longevity as an organization would not be possible without people like you.
Again, thank you everyone for making the CASA name known across our great state and for your continued efforts in helping us with our mission to make sure all of Tennessee’s abused and neglected children find a safe and permanent home.
An Opportunity to Give
As the holiday season draws near, we want to remind you of the opportunity you have to support Tennessee CASA on Tuesday, December 2.
By now you've heard about Black Friday, Cyber Monday, but what about Giving Tuesday? On this global day of giving back and celebrating generosity, we want to encourage everyone to find a way to participate.
By making a financial contribution to TN CASA, you can play a significant role in helping us serve our local CASA programs across the state.
Thank you for considering us!
