Summer Plans
The Project team has made significant strides in the Design sessions which began in early 2024, and will continue through the Summer. Our Human Capital Management (HCM) team will continue Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)/Journeys and Core HR functionality, Performance Management, HR Helpdesk and will also kick off Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Health & Safety sessions. The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) team will continue sessions focused on the General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and Reporting. Following the busy Summer of Design sessions, we expect to start the Build Phase of the project in the Fall of 2024. Our Project team is planning an iterative model to provide opportunities for feedback.

Over the Summer, our Office of Change Management (OCM) team will be evaluating the feedback from the baseline change readiness survey shared by our campus community and continue conducting change impact assessments. The team will also launch further foundational and educational series for new concepts and terminology in each workstream.

  • Emergency Contacts and their Phone Numbers (only home and cell phone numbers will be converted to WolfieONE)
You may need to revisit this information periodically (if there are changes) between now and before we go live with WolfieONE. Access SOLAR to take a moment to do this now.
