Carrboro 10K Training Program
Race Day: Saturday, October 7th
What: Six-week training program for the Carrboro 10K (6.2 miles)
Who: ALL current, prior, and future mother runners!
Running for Beginner & Tar Heel 4 Mile graduates, build endurance & train for your next goal!
Tar Heel 10 Miler & Trail Runners, increase your speed & stamina!
New runners, if you can run 2 miles, you are ready for this training!
When: Starts Sunday 8/27
Where: Sundays at Wilson Park at 8:00am (mileage increases from 2-5.5 before race day)
and/or
Tuesdays at Southern Community Park at 9:30am (speed work/hill work)

Cost:
Option 1: Twice-A-Week Plan: $80 ($6.67/run)
Option 2: Once-A-Week Plan: $55 ($8.33/run)
Option 3: Run Club Drop-In: $10/run
