The California and Oregon Ocean Science Trusts, Washington Department of Ecology, West Coast Ocean Alliance, and others, are collaborating to foster new public-private partnerships to advance ocean and coastal science, research, education, and workforce development along the U.S. West Coast through the development of the West Coast Ocean Science Action Agenda. These organizations are asking you to complete a survey to help them gain understanding/context about the state of ocean science funding.
-
CA Ocean Protection Council is seeking information to understand how federal actions are impacting efforts to understand, conserve, and protect California’s coast and ocean. This survey will be used to understand impacts to federally-funded coast and ocean programs in California, and to identify time sensitive and critical environmental data gaps.
-
California Ocean Science Trust, in collaboration with a network of partners across the U.S West Coast and Alaska, is conducting a survey to assess the need for and inform the development of a regional marine carbon dioxide removal (mCDR) exchange/network.
- USC Sea Grant is partnering with the CA Marine Sanctuary Foundation to distribute a survey about coastal access in California. Share how you use and value the coast, especially if you visit the ocean regulaly or face challenges with coastal access. Access the survey here, and please share with others!
