Director, Partner Leadership Development Program — New York, New York

Matthias Birk, PhD, has joined White & Case as Director, Partner Leadership Development Program, reporting to the firm’s Chairman. Previously, Dr. Birk served as Global Head of Coaching & Advisory, Leadership Development for the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., and in senior executive leadership development and organizational development for McKinsey & Co., and global Fortune 500 corporations. Dr. Birk is an Adjunct Associate Professor at Columbia Business School and at NYU's Wagner School and School of Professional Studies. He will be based out of the firm’s New York office.
