Please distribute the Pending Transaction Approval Report to your applicable departments.

Next week, UCPath will be upgraded from Oracle PeopleSoft version 47 to 49 as part of the UCPath July Release. It is highly recommended that locations clear all transactions pending local approval, prior to this upgrade. 

There are currently over 1000 UCPath transactions that are in a Pending Approval status.

All Pending Approval transactions must be locally approved or cancelled by Friday, July 11 at 12:00 pm. If needed, please review your departmental processes to help ensure compliance.

Department HR and Funding Approvers should determine if the transactions are still valid by reviewing them in UCPath and taking one of the following actions:

Reminder: UCPath System Downtime

UCPath will be unavailable beginning this Friday, July 11, 2025 at 12:00 pm to Monday, July 14, 2025 at 6:00 am to implement the July Release projects. During the scheduled downtime, employees, managers, and transactors will not have access to the system.
