4-H Fall Kick-Off: Neon Night – Shine Bright Kick-Off Right!
Approximately 40 youth and adults came together to celebrate National 4-H Week and kick off the new 4-H year with energy and enthusiasm.
As part of the celebration, participants contributed to a meaningful community service project by collecting items for the St. Katherine Drexel Shelter. The event also featured a variety of mini project stations, planned by youth and adults, offering hands-on learning and fun.
After enjoying snacks and icebreakers, the youth rotated through engaging project stations, including:
- Bracelet and button making
- Care package card creation
- Tie-dye 4-H washcloths
- Paper airplanes and origami
New families wrapped up the evening with a Q&A session, while club officers and leaders had time to complete their annual charters.
