December Services at the
Fox Valley UU Fellowship
December Focus: Claimed by Hope

However you are showing up to this season of long nights and frosty air, the Fellowship has a place for you! Below, you'll find all the details about our December services schedule, including our all-ages Winter Solstice and three distinct Christmas Eve services. There are a few shifts in our approach to this holiday season that we want to highlight:
• Rather than marking Blue Holiday with its own Sunday morning service, our Care Team will host an intimate sharing-focused gathering on December 16th at 6:30 pm where we can open our hearts together to the tender grief that so many of us feel at this time of year.
• This year, instead of holding our usual Turning of the Year service in January, we’ll close out the year together with a special service called For All That Is Our Life. This heartfelt service will celebrate everything that has shaped our year—the changes and challenges, the joys and sorrows, the new beginnings and tender farewells. We noticed that both Blue Holiday Sunday and Turning of the Year shared many beautiful traditions, so this season we’re blending the best of both services into one meaningful experience. Join us for this 10 AM service on Sunday, December 21st, as we reflect, remember, and look ahead together.
We'll see you in December!
-Rev. Hannah & Rev. Christina
