Beware of Phishing Scams With W-2 Forms
|
With UCPath Center sending notifications of electronic W-2 statement availability to employees, it is important to remain vigilant of phishing scams designed to collect personal information. Please note the University of California does not send 1095-C or W-2 statements by email or text message. Any message that includes a link or attachment claiming to provide access to these documents should be treated as a phishing scam. To securely access 1095-C or W-2 statements, employees must log in to UCPath directly using a safe, known link (https://ucpath.universityofcalifornia.edu/home).

Improve Accrual Management Project Launching March 2026
|
Phase 1 of the Improve Absence Management project is targeted to go live on March 8, 2026. This project automates accrual calculations, removing the need for UCPath Center to perform manual calculations and balance adjustments. Upcoming changes will improve accrual accuracy, particularly for employees who have a change in pay frequency or who are terminated and rehired within the same pay period. More information regarding this project will be covered during our next UCPath Quarterly Connect.
