Applications for the 8th cohort of Coelho Law Fellows are now being accepted. The fellowship program will take place June - August of 2026.
The deadline to apply for this cycle is March 8, 2026.
Who is eligible to apply: Students with disabilities from community colleges, colleges, or universities (or recent graduates) who plan to pursue US legal education are encouraged to apply.
Central to the mission of The Coelho Center for Disability Law, Policy, and Innovation is bringing together and fostering the development of leaders from our disability community. In particular, we believe in creating a strong pipeline of law students with disabilities who will go on to serve as attorneys, judges, public policy professionals, and public servants. Now in its seventh year, over 230 participants have received programming that has led to positive educational and professional outcomes and fostered a network of future leaders in the law.
