our shared mission of improving quality of care and outcomes for the patients we serve
BMC2 has an important new resource to share with the release of our PCI Health Disparities Dashboard. We encourage you to utilize this tool and share it with your teams. We look forward to sharing more resources in the coming months.
On June 5th, we will say goodbye to our managing director, Annemarie Forrest, who has served BMC2 since April 2020. BMC2 has seen incredible growth and success under her innovative and caring leadership. We are sad to see her go, but excited for her as she moves into a new role with new challenges and opportunities.
Thank you for an amazing spring! We look forward to the summer and continued partnership and collaboration.

The State of Michigan recognizes BMC2’s “innovative spirit and unwavering dedication” as a pioneer in cardiovascular care with a special tribute presented during this month's BMC2 PCI Collaborative Meeting. Read the tribute – which outlines the profound impact BMC2 has on improving health care for patients in Michigan – on our website. We celebrate this recognition with our consortium members and our sponsors at Blue Cross Blue Shield. It is only possible because of our shared mission and collaboration. Thank you!

| Health Disparities Dashboard
|
Last fall, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan charged BMC2 with creating Health Equity Dashboards for each of our registries. BMC2 PCI is the first registry to develop a Dashboard and it is now available for consortium use. BMC2 PCI Participants will find a link to your site’s dashboard by logging into our secure shared space on Nextcloud in the next few days. You will receive a notification from Nextcloud when the reports are posted.
Read our blog to learn more about the dashboard's development and capabilities. BMC2 Vascular Surgery and MISHC dashboards will be released later this year.

Support for BMC2 is provided by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network as part of the BCBSM Value Partnerships program.
Although Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and BMC2 work collaboratively, the opinions, beliefs, and viewpoints expressed by the author do not necessarily reflect the opinions, beliefs, and viewpoints of BCBSM or any of its employees.
Further, BCBSM does not have access to BMC2 data, and all patient episodes occurring at engaged hospitals are included in the data registries, regardless of payer.
