Advanced Mindfulness Meditation
Series Starts Monday, April 28
Deepen your mindfulness and meditation practice by joining the Advanced Mindfulness Meditation course! This course is accessible to all students who have completed the Basic course or have some previous experience and want to deepen their practice. This is not a drop-in class, but a 4-week series that requires registration.
