Eduroam Certificate-based Authentication Available at Georgia Tech |
Georgia Tech now offers certificate-based authentication on its wireless network, eduroam. Through self-service configuration, students, faculty, staff, and visitors can securely access the network by downloading a unique digital certificate for each of their devices. This process will replace the existing eduroam authentication process — via username and password credentials — by the start of the summer semester.

Biannual Compliance Training Ends Today |
All faculty, staff, and students who are active employees as of Jan. 1 are required to complete the 2025 Spring Biannual Compliance Training by 11:59 p.m. EST on Friday, Feb. 28.
Eligible employees who have not completed the required training (all 4 parts) have received email reminders throughout the month.

Eligible full-time faculty and staff are encouraged to apply for education assistance through the Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) and Staff Tuition Reimbursement Assistance Program (STRAP). These programs are designed to support your professional development and help you achieve your educational goals by providing tuition and mandatory fee waivers or reimbursements. The application period for the summer semester is March 15 – April 15.

February A&F Virtual Town Hall |
Nearly 550 attended the February A&F Virtual Town Hall to learn more about the University System of Georgia’s (USG) Unified Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project – a transformative initiative that seeks to improve the user experience for faculty and staff by standardizing and unifying financial and human resource information systems across all 26 institutions within the USG.
