Dear Graduate Student:
We hope you are enjoying your summertime, and that it hasn't been all work and no play for you. As we gear up for the new academic year, we would like to share some of the articles we published in the spring and early summer. They range from Spotlights to a Supreme Court decision; career strategies to Commencement; and a digital reputation recap to Doodle and Dropbox tools. ... And speaking of articles, the Graduate Division is proud to announce the debut of its Graduate Education magazine. The magazine showcases the "spirited and creative thinkers" who make up UC Santa Barbara's graduate student body. You may read the entire magazine here. ... As always, the GradPost and Graduate Student Resource Center staff members (Director of Graduate Student Professional Development Robert Hamm; Communications Director Patricia Marroquin; Special Programs Coordinator Henry Covarrubias; Funding Peer Kyle Crocco; Professional Development Peer Shawn Warner-Garcia; Communications Peer Melissa Rapp; and Diversity and Outreach Peer Charles Williams) are here to help.
