This five-to-six-week program is designed for all Vols to help gain knowledge of proper weightlifting technique, increase confidence and build community in a small group setting all while under the guidance of our certified Personal Trainers. All participants will receive weekly nutritional newsletters from our campus Dietitian and a t-shirt upon completing the program.
