Large files, uploaded videos, and years of copied content can slow things down for both you and your students. From quick fixes to smarter design choices, you’ll learn what contributes to large course sizes, what to avoid, and how to streamline your content without sacrificing quality. You’ll leave with simple, actionable steps you can apply right away to make your course more efficient and easier for students to navigate. 

Announcements are a great way to post time-sensitive information or provide updates on course content. When you add an announcement, you can also send it as an email to students in your course. You are now able to record audio and video inside an announcement to help personalize the learning experience.

Blackboard’s Accessibility Report provides an accessibility summary and overview at the course level. The report includes Overview and Content tabs so that you can get the big picture as well as specific details about the accessibility of your digital course content. Any instructor can run this report and update the content.
