on Important Back to School Forms (for Children to Attend Field Trips)
Dear St. Michael's families,
Field trip season is upon us (think Middle School camping trip and Challenge Discovery this week, plus upcoming religion and first grade outings to name a few) and permission forms are needed for your child to attend.
If you have not already filled out the Back to School forms sent out in August, please do so ASAP via the two blue button links below as we are missing a lot of forms.
