Direct Retro Deadline Approaching

As a reminder, UCOP is planning on retiring the Direct Retro (DR) tool in UCPath effective July 1, 2025.

Here's what you need to know:

All Direct Retro transactions that require use of the tool must be completed and approved by the final local approval deadline of June 25, 2025.
High-Risk Direct Retros will require additional approval.
Any corrections not processed in UCPath by July 1, 2025, will no longer be eligible for transfer using the Direct Retro tool.

What upcoming deadlines should I be aware of?

Please refer to the list of Final Local Approval Direct Retro Deadlines below. The next deadline is Thursday, May 15, 2025.

Please note that the June deadline for BW/MO High-Risk and Non-High Risk Direct Retros has been updated to June 25, 2025.

Where can I go to for support?

Attend an Office Hour session with our subject matter experts.
For errors or defects: Submit a Services & Support ticket to the Payroll Financial Management team.
For Health Sciences Departments: Submit a Hypercare Transactional Support Request through the VCHS Business Service Hub.
