Ordinary vases turned extraordinary works of art,
help surivors share their small gratitudes of life.
What Are You Grateful For? 
Under the guidance of our talented counseling program intern, Erika Budson, our clients were able to transform donated vases into beautiful works of art. Not only are the vases beautiful, they represent a challenge to be grateful every day. The clients took small pieces of paper with them to write down one gratitude a day on them. Day-by-day the vases will fill with the small gratitudes of life.

Green Thumb Not Required

Please join us for a wine tasting event to benefit the HAVEN Garden Project on April 3 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. The event, held at at Scavolini by Cucina Moda in Birmingham, will raise funds to support HAVEN's half acre organic garden, which produces nearly 2 tons of produce each season. Tickets are $50 each.

HAVEN to Receive Proceeds from Vagina Monologues Performance 

The Detroit, Inkster and Southfield Chapters of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. along with Wayne State University School of Social Work Alumni Association, University of Michigan Dearborn Women's Center, and Marygrove College Women's Center are co-sponsoring a benefit performance of Eve Ensler's play, The Vagina Monologues.
The event will include a VIP reception from 2-3 pm, followed by the performance including local spoken word artists and organization representatives.  Click here for tickets or more information.
