Winter 2022

Cold Weather Play Boosts the Immune System

Winter fresh air is good for everyone!
Breathe fresh air-  In fresh, outdoor air, children do not have to rebreathe the germs of the group, and the chance for spreading infection is reduced.
Strengthen immune system-Being outside more often allows your child to develop a stronger autoimmune system and a resistence to allergies.
Engage in physical activity-  Children should get 60 minutes of exercise everyday, and exercising during the winter can be even more beneficial.
Better sleep cycle- Increased exercise will help promote a better sleep cycle and can lead to children growing stronger and maintaining a healthy body weight.
