On January 29th, you received a link to share your experiences and contribute to making Duke a more welcoming and inclusive community through the 2024 Campus Culture Survey. I encourage all of you to take this opportunity to share your experiences and help us continue to create a community where everyone feels they belong.
In 2021, more than 13,000 staff, faculty, and students joined in, helping us identify areas for improvement and set priorities to create a more equitable community for all. Since then, each school and unit has been working on making Duke more inclusive based on these learnings.
To access the survey link, please search your Duke inboxes (and possibly spam filters) for subject lines containing “Campus Culture Survey”. Please take a moment to share your thoughts anonymously. Your input matters. Let's make Duke a community where everyone can truly thrive!
