Dear Playhouse Village Businesses,
During these trying times, we want you all to know that the PVA is here to serve you. We are working diligently to put together several resources from local, state, and national entities expressly designed for small businesses and our Village community. The situation continues to be fluid, but we are doing our best to compile this information on our website: www.playhousevillage.org/covid19updates.
Last week, the Pasadena Department of Public Health issued revised protocols for certain industries impacted by the Governor's revised State Public Health Order. The revised public health protocols are consistent with the new Regional Stay at Home Order issued by the State. You can find the latest Protocol Checklist for your business sector here.
Found/LA Small Business Recovery Fund
Found/LA is offering grants to eligible business owners ranging from $5,000 - $25,000. Small businesses will need to meet certain eligibility requirements as well as submit the required application and supporting documents (copy of business license, tax returns, etc.) For more information, please visit their website.
Free PPE for Small Businesses
Small businesses with less than 100 employees are eligible for a one-time 30 day supply of PPE (face masks, hand sanitizer, and face shields) through the PPE Unite Program. Program details and rules can be found on the PPE Unite Website.
State of California Small Business Relief Programs
The State of California has announced a variety of business relief programs to support small businesses during the pandemic. In addition to ongoing tax relief, plans are underway at the State level to launch two new business programs aimed at helping business. For more information, consult the Business Resilience section of the City's COVID Business Website.
The PVA is committed to supporting our business community in every possible way. Please don’t hesitate to contact the PVA at info@playhousevillage.org with any questions or concerns you may have.
