Waco Sports Corporate Cup – Baylor is the largest employer in McLennan County and this summer we have a chance to show our fellow large businesses like SpaceX and TSTC what we are made of during the Waco Sports Corporate Cup main event! We need 50-60 faculty and staff members to compete in a one-of-a-kind adult field day representing Baylor University on Saturday, June 6. Complete the interest form by Friday, March 27, to let us know you want to be a part of the fun! Learn more about the event and activities online. Black History Month – From moments of reflection in the Waco community to high-energy celebrations across campus, Black History Month was more than a series of events — it was a movement. Gospel Fest lifted our spirits, the Black History Month Block Party brought joy and connection, and service opportunities allowed us to put celebration into action. Students, organizations, campus partners, and community members showed up and showed out, affirming that Black history deserves not just acknowledgment, but investment, visibility, and celebration. This month was a reminder that when we gather intentionally, we don’t just remember history — we make it. Thank you to all the staff who participated and made this month so impactful.

- All-University Sing 2026 – For those not familiar with this 70+ year Baylor tradition, Student organizations perform seven-minute, broadway-style productions in competition with one another. The show is put on entirely by Baylor students under the leadership of the Student Productions staff.
Students, whether participants, act leaders (known as Sing Chairs) or student producers, engage in such co-curricular experiences as leadership development, communication strategies, organizational administration, and time and budget management.
This past year, thousands of students worked for months to put on an amazing show. In the end, it was a unique year as one of the smaller fraternity groups (BYX) walked away with the gold for their genuinely funny take on middle-aged man life, grilling in the backyard and keeping the HOA out of their business.

MARCH 5: Student Life Staff Development Concourse
One Life: Many Callings – Join us at the Student Life Staff Development Concourse Event on March 5. Director of Pastoral Care, Dr. Sara Barton, will lead us in a time of exploring vocational discernment in all of its complexity and beauty. Sara’s message will be directed to us as Student Life professionals with our own meaningful callings, while also further equipping us to explore callings with our students.
