Updates for Creighton alumni in the know
Photo: Creighton anniversaries

Has it really been that long?

Creighton will see many anniversaries this year … ranging from the triumphant (50 years of women’s sports) to the tragic (20 years since the Columbia disaster that killed alumnus and astronaut Michael Anderson), from the absurd (Creighton winning the national football championship in 1983) to the game-changing (10 years in the BIG EAST!). See a list of 40-plus Creighton anniversaries to remember this year in a three-part series.

Seeking love birds

Every year around Valentine’s Day, we like to add more couples to our growing list of Creighton love stories. Did you meet your soulmate on campus? Did someone you know? Tell us about your Creighton love story, and we might include it on our list. Email micahmertes@creighton.edu.

A new home for the Jesuits

"Students and campus visitors often tell me that Creighton University ‘feels like home.’ One of the main reasons they feel at home here is the Jesuit community at the heart of our campus and our mission." — The Rev. Daniel S. Hendrickson, SJ, PhD. See how Creighton is enhancing the Jesuit character of campus.
